Population registration certificates
Population registration certificates show details from the population register. You can request different types of certificates, depending on what you need them for. You can print certain population registration certificates yourself, but you have to request for others to be sent to you by post.
A population registration certificate is an extract from the Swedish Population Register. It shows the details recorded about you in the Swedish Population Register. Only the Swedish Tax Agency issues population registration certificates.
A population registration certificate cannot be used as proof of identity.
