Application Refund of value-added tax (VAT) and certain excise duties - official use for armed forces

This application form concerns refunds of VAT and excise duties on goods and services purchased for official use by

• United States forces within the agreement on defense cooperation between Sweden and USA (DCA)
• Contractor, supplying goods and services to United States forces within DCA
• Nato headquarters, forces and staff under the control such headquarter, when taking part in international military cooperation or international crisis management
• Forces of other states party to North Atlantic Treaty (Nato), when such force take part in common defense effort
• Forces of other member states of the European Union, when taking part in a Union activity under the common security and defense policy

Please note! Applications that concerns refund of VAT and excise duties on goods and services purchased for personal use by members of the U.S. forces and dependents shall be submitted on application form SKV 5652.
