Opening hours
You can call our tax information service between 8.00 and 16.00 on business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
Call your case administrator
If you have a question about an ongoing case, you can call your case administrator. You can find their direct number in the letter or document you received relating to your case. Alternatively, you can call our tax information service and ask for your case administrator by name.

Visit a state service centre
There are state services centres throughout Sweden. They can help you with matters relating to the Swedish Tax Agency, such as:
- general guidance
- certificates of no impediment to marriage
- ID cards (certain service centres only)
- information about ongoing cases or queries
- moving to Sweden
- our e-services
