Address Declaration

In this online service European citizens can be identified cross border using their national eID. The Address Declaration service is designed for citizens moving into Sweden, to enable them to retrieve an Address Declaration. In certain countries the citizen is obliged to submit the address to entities concerned. Correspondingly a Swedish citizen moving to another country may submit the new address to the Swedish authority. The service will currently be enhanced set out from user feedback.
This service is open every day, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm, GMT+1. Except mondays 8:00 - 8:15 pm,  when the service is closed for support.

Before entering the Address declaration application, you will be redirected for the log in process. eID's issued in Estonia, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain or Sweden are accepted.

About the service

Here you may obtain or submit an address declaration form in Sweden. In order to obtain an address declaration, you must be registered in Sweden. In order to submit an address declaration, you must previously have obtained a foreign address declaration from a foreign Address Declaration, or Change of Address, service.
