Remuneration codes for this form KU 18:
 
400 - corporate pension insurance
404 - private pension insurance
999 - pensionable remuneration (information for calculation of the pensionable income)
If statements are filed on paper forms they should always be accompanied by form Sammandrag av kontrolluppgifter (SKV 2304) or Summary (SKV 2311)  .
