This form is intended for manufacturers of cash registers who are required to submit a Manufacturer Declaration in accordance with what is stated in regulation SKVFS 2009:1.

Please note that you may need to provide information in the voluntary fields in order for the Tax Agency to assess whether the cash register is manufacturer-declared.
